Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding our cleaning services, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers in scheduling appointments and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our service offerings, pricing structures, and company policies to address customer queries effectively.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
- Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience and provide suggestions for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and empathy.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, email, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts based on the needs of the business.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
